Our Pickled Red Cabbage! Always using Organic Red cabbage for this pickle, it has a vibrant colour and a fabulous depth to it from the combination of Organic Balsamic Vinegar, Red Wine vinegar & Sarsons Malt Vinegar.

All our Pickles, Chutneys and Jams are made by hand, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients! Pickling what is in season & available locally around Oxfordshire!

We also use fresh herbs & spices in all our products and have a no single-use plastic policy across the business!
