PICKLED RED ONION
Our Pickled Red onion! Made using Organic Red Onions, we Pickle it with Organic Beetroot to give it a vibrant, (& naturally dyed from the beetroot), brighter colour! We eat it with everything.
// Very versatile it's great in salads, sarnies & a BBQ must have. Also really great with a creamy cheese or with a ragu or spag bol (add in towards the end of cooking or stir through at end). The leftover vinegar also makes a delicious salad dressing with a good olive oil - waste nothing!
All our Pickles, Chutneys and Jams are made by hand, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients! Pickling what is in season & available locally around Oxfordshire!
We also use fresh herbs & spices in all our products and have a no single-use plastic policy across the business!
